A concept survey form page built for a recreation area named Farstaff Park.

This was a project built from scratch in HTML and CSS coding utilizing form elements and basic layouts ideas.

The background is designed in Adobe Illustrator and specifically built with a calming aesthetic in mind. Color palettes are chosen in order to invoke feeling of wilderness and stylized mountains, using basic shapes to convey simplicity.
